His professional development was shaped by internationally acclaimed senior agronomists, and he became an integral part of the team that pioneered major innovations in Australian berries.

Having worked across the country in various roles, such as a grower, agronomist, and farm manager, he has a well-rounded technical and operational skill set.

He is experienced in developing programs for irrigation and nutrition, IPM, climate control and canopy management in both soil and substrate-grown crops.
